GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business protect and connect you with your clients to enhance the pace of play, player satisfaction, and increase your tips! We take your privacy as seriously as you do, and we are committed to protecting it. The Find Cart Girl Business application is a Mobile application. By using the Find Cart Girl Business application, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, Find Cart Girl Business may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name
  • E-mail Address
  • Phone Number

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

  • Driving Event Information. We may collect sensory and motion data from your mobile device including gyroscope, accelerometer, compass and Bluetooth (including, information related to your motion activity such as whether you are cycling, walking running or driving, and information about your speed, acceleration and deceleration).

Certain data we collect may be considered sensitive under applicable law. To the extent we collect sensitive personal information, we process such information for disclosed purposes as permitted by and in compliance with applicable law.

How We Collect Information

When you visit our websites, use our apps, read our emails or otherwise engage with us, we may automatically collect certain information about your device through a variety of technologies, including cookies, web beacons, log files, embedded scripts, location-identifying technologies, or other tracking/recording tools (collectively, “Tracking Technologies”), and we may combine this information with other personal information we collect about you. Cookies are pieces of code that allow for personalization of our website experience by saving your information such as user ID and other preferences – if your browser is set to accept cookies. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your device’s hard disk (such as your computer or smartphone) for record-keeping purposes.

Web beacons (also known as web bugs, pixel tags or clear GIFs) are tiny graphics with a unique identifier that may be included on our Services for several purposes, including to deliver or communicate with cookies, to track and measure the performance of our Services, to monitor how many visitors view our Services, and to monitor the effectiveness of our advertising. Analytics and Advertising Technologies

We may collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools such as Google Analytics, which may use Tracking Technologies, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for our websites, Products and Services. They types of data that analytics technologies may capture are as follows:

  • how frequently you access our Services;
  • whether you open emails or click the links contained in emails;
  • whether you access our Services from multiple devices;

These advertising partners collect and use information such as:

  • your use of third-party applications.

Marketing GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business Products and Services

GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business may use information, and Individuals who provide us with personal information may receive periodic emails, newsletters, mailings, or phone calls from us, as allowed by applicable law, for marketing purposes such as to:

  • Provide you with information related to GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business’s or our business partners’ products and services that may be of interest to you;
  • Notify you of upcoming special offers/events we believe may be of interest;
  • Conduct individual or market research;

  • Conduct online behavioral advertising;

  • Provide custom, personalized content and information, including targeted content and advertising;
  • Record your device’s location and movements;
  • Identify and contact you across multiple devices;
  • Provide and monitor the effectiveness of our Services and our marketing campaigns;
  • Monitor aggregate metrics such as total number of visitors, members, traffic, and demographic patterns;
  • Provide specific technical support (diagnose or fix technology problems reported by our members or engineers that are associated with certain IP addresses or User IDs;
  • Detect or prevent fraud or other harmful activities;
  • Automatically update our mobile application on your system and related devices; and
  • Otherwise plan for and enhance our Services.

Disclosing to Others in GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business

Depending on which tools and functionalities are enabled, you may choose to disclose your personal information to other members of your GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business (Tiles may be shared with third-parties who are playing golf at your facility, via the in-App “Unlimited Sharing” setting, which may be modified by you at any time), including your:

  • Full name
  • precise location
  • Tiles

To prohibit this data disclosure, you must stop sharing your location on the mobile app.

Security of your Personal Information

GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business uses the following methods for this purpose:

  • AWS SSL/TLS Certificates

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, you acknowledge that: (a) there are security and privacy limitations inherent to the Internet which are beyond our control; and (b) security, integrity, and privacy of any and all information and data exchanged between you and us through this Site cannot be guaranteed.

Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records; and
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

  • Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected,
  • fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

  • Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act;
  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;
  • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with your expectations based on your relationship with us;
  • Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
  • Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

Children Under Thirteen

GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this application.

Communications from GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business

From time to time, GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication. In order to improve our Services, we may receive a notification when you open an email from GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business or click on a link therein.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business, you may opt out of such communications by Customers may unsubscribe from emails by "replying STOP" or "clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE button.".

Location and Movement Data Collection and Sharing in the GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business App

As described, we collect precise location data and movement data from your device to provide the GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business Services, and may share your personal information, including location and movement data, with other GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business members and with third parties for advertising purposes. You have many options to control this data collection and sharing activity through the App Settings. For more information on how to control these settings please see the following:

Limit Location Sharing with GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business members;

Within the GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business app, you may limit location sharing with other members for a short period of time by tapping on the “STOP SHARING” button, this activation obfuscates your precise location while still showing the general geographic area you are in.

You may also turn location sharing “OFF” from GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business members on your mobile phone settings. If you STOP SHARING your location, other cart girls, players, or clubhouse admin will no longer be able to view your location.

Your location will automatically STOP SHARING outside of your facility's operation hours or if you are more than 2 miles away from your facility.

Note: If you press “START SHARING” in the App, your location will imminently start sharing with GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business members.

Disconnect Location Data and Movement Data in Device Settings.

You may be able to turn off device location data collection through your mobile device settings. For example, depending on your mobile device, you may be able to “Turn location services ‘OFF,’ which restricts access to your device location data. You can also adjust your device settings to withdraw permission for the GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business apps to access device location data and/ or motion data and you can also adjust your device settings to limit the app’s access to WiFi and Bluetooth information. Please note that your GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business Apps may not be able to provide all of our Services to you if you disable access to location and movement data through your device settings.

If you no longer want to continue using the Products and/or Services, uninstalling the GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business and logging out from our Service will also stop us from collecting your location.

HOW WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION

GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business cares about the security of your information and we take great efforts to protect your personal information. We cannot guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that our databases will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, unlawful interceptions or access, or other kinds of abuse and misuse.

A. Security

We have implemented appropriate standards to reduce the risk of unauthorized or unlawful access of your personal information. No security system is impenetrable and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of our systems and your information.

We will never send you unsolicited messages or contact you by phone requesting sensitive information. This may include account ID, password, payment, or national ID numbers. Please note that e-mails and other communications you send to us are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to share any sensitive information through these means.

If any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify the impacted individuals and take steps in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

A. Accuracy and Confidentiality of Your Email Address and Password

You are responsible for the secrecy of your password and ensuring the email address associated with your account(s) is accurate. We use your email address to contact you about service updates, changes to our policies, and account activities such as requests for your information. We recommend using a strong password unique to this service. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately via the applicable app or website.

GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business is not responsible for information or data transmitted to a third party as a result of a member providing an incorrect phone number or email address.

B. Fraud Prevention

To prevent the misuse of our Services by bots or other nefarious means, we use anti-bot services to ensure the integrity of our service.

C. Onward Transfer

With respect to onward transfers to third-party agents acting on our behalf, GolfNatic, Find Cart Girl, and Find Cart Girl Business remains liable should its agents process information in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Shield Principles or other applicable laws. We may be required to disclose personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

D. Data Retention

Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes permits a Nevada resident to optout of future sales of certain covered information that a website operator has collected or will collect about the resident. To exercise your Nevada opt-out rights: you may click on the "Do Not Sell My Personal Information" link in your in-App Privacy & Security Settings and adjust the Personal Information Sales toggle. Alternately, you may send an email to findcartgirl@gmail.com with the subject line “Nevada Privacy Rights” and include your account name and mobile telephone number. We may need to contact you to request additional information to verify your request. For faster response times, we recommend members submit all requests through the in-App Privacy & Security Settings.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, so please review it frequently. We'll notify you of material changes thirty days before they go into effect. If we are required by applicable data protection laws to give you enhanced notice or seek out consent to any such changes, we will do so. Otherwise, changes to this policy will be effective when posted.

In certain circumstances, we may need to request additional information to verify the identity of the member about whom the request is being made and/or to verify that the member has provided the authorized agent permission to submit the request, and it may take additional time to fulfill agentsubmitted requests. HUMAN RESOURCE INFORMATION

We collect information from current, prospective, and former Employees, their contact points in case of a medical emergency, and beneficiaries under any insurance policy (“Human Resources Data”). The Human Resources Data we collect may include title, name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, passport number, driver’s license number, Social Security number or other government-issued identification number, financial information related to credit checks, bank details for payroll, information that may be recorded on a Curriculum Vitae (CV) or application form, language abilities, contact information of third parties in case of an emergency and beneficiaries under any insurance policy.
